AI use-case assessment

Assess one AI use case before the next decision.

Continue from a completed AI Use Case Definition Starter Pack brief or start directly. Specialist AI agents examine the same confirmed use case across business, experience, technology and governance.

Traceable specialist findings are brought together for a human decision—not an automated approval.

A clearer starting point

Define first. Then assess what should happen next.

The free Starter Pack helps you describe the problem, evidence, intended outcome, people, ownership, proposed AI-supported task, boundaries and next decision. The assessment continues from the same core definition and turns it into a structured record.

Already have a completed brief? Use it as your starting information. Starting without one? The application is designed to guide you through the information it needs and make important gaps visible.

Define your use case first

Assessment coverage

Several specialist views of the same use case.

Each finding stays traceable while the result is brought together in one report.

Business

Examine the problem, evidence of need, expected value, strategic fit, measures and the conditions required for a useful outcome.

Experience

Consider primary users, people affected, adoption, accessibility, potential harms and the practical effect on the people involved.

Technology

Review the proposed capability, information sources, readiness, integrations, evaluation needs, operating constraints and whether AI is appropriate for the task.

Governance

Identify accountability, human authority, decision impact, safeguards, evidence gaps, escalation needs and boundaries for the next decision-maker.

Policy reviews

Apply the policy profiles available for the assessment.

Where an approved profile is enabled, it can be applied as a separate, versioned review. Required profiles remain selected; optional profiles can be chosen before the execution plan is approved. Each profile keeps its findings and source context in the combined report.

The result can identify support, gaps, conflicts and insufficient evidence. It does not make a legal determination or automatically certify compliance.

Who it is for

For the people proposing, reviewing and governing AI use cases.

Use-case proposers

Turn an idea or completed brief into a confirmed record and see what is supported, uncertain or still missing.

Reviewers and decision-makers

Review the same core information, specialist findings and next actions without reconstructing the use case from separate documents and conversations.

Governance and specialist contributors

See where evidence, safeguards, policy interpretation or specialist review is still required before the use case moves forward.

Important boundary

Decision support, not automated approval.

The assessment supports investigation and human decision-making. It does not provide legal advice, guarantee value or feasibility, certify safety or compliance, or replace the privacy, security, legal, ethical, procurement and approval processes that apply to an organisation and use case.

Do not enter passwords, credentials or information that you are not authorised to provide. Follow the application instructions for personal, sensitive, confidential or security-classified information.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you begin.

Do I need to complete the Starter Pack first?

No. You can start directly when application access opens. The Starter Pack is useful when you want to prepare and discuss a one-page definition before beginning the assessment.

Will I have to enter the same information again?

The assessment is designed to continue from the same use-case definition, ask about missing or conflicting facts and require you to confirm the record before specialist assessment begins. Automatic workbook import will not be claimed until that feature has passed testing.

Can I choose which policies are reviewed?

Where policy profiles are enabled, optional profiles can be selected and an organisation may require particular profiles. The selected profile versions are recorded before the assessment begins.

Can I change the assessment plan?

The scope and optional policy selection can be reviewed before the plan is approved. Required core stages and required policy checks cannot be skipped while presenting the result as a complete assessment.

Does the application approve an AI use case?

No. It produces structured decision support, findings and next actions for a human decision-maker.
