Enter your work email. We'll send a one-time confirmation link that expires in one hour. Confirm it, then download the workbook and guide immediately.

We ask for an organisation email to keep access focused on professional use and reduce automated requests. Confirmation proves the mailbox received the link—it does not verify your identity, role or employer. If a valid address is rejected, contact us.

We use your email to deliver the files and send one related feedback request after your first download. Marketing is separate and optional. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

What you will define

01

The business problem and evidence

02

The expected outcome and success measures

03

The owner, users and affected people

04

The proposed AI-supported task and human responsibility

05

The boundaries, unknowns and next decision

See the difference

Move from a broad idea to a brief people can examine.

This fictional example is included in the workbook to show how a vague starting point becomes specific enough for a useful review.

Broad idea

“Use AI to improve customer service.”

Defined use case

Prepare editable drafts for routine customer enquiries using approved guidance and selected account facts. A service agent reviews every draft. Hardship, safety, disputed-account enquiries and automatic sending are excluded.

The completed brief also records the evidence, expected outcome, measures, owner, affected people, information types, open questions and next decision.

Designed to support your process

Prepare the brief. Keep the decisions with your organisation.

The pack creates a consistent starting brief. Your organisation remains in control of risk classification, specialist review and approval.

  • Complete the files locally in a storage location approved by your organisation.
  • Describe information types instead of copying personal, sensitive, confidential or security-classified records.
  • Record assumptions and unknowns rather than guessing.
  • Share the completed brief with the people responsible for the next governance decision.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before you request the pack.

Who is the Starter Pack for?

It is for people proposing an AI use case and people reviewing one. Proposers can use it to prepare a clearer brief. Reviewers can use the completed brief to identify gaps and decide what evidence or review is needed next.

What do I receive?

You receive an Excel workbook, a short PDF guide and three worked examples. The workbook turns your answers into a one-page use-case brief.

Why do you require a work email?

The access flow confirms delivery to an eligible business-domain address and helps reduce automated requests. Email confirmation shows that the mailbox received the link; it does not verify identity, employment, authority or organisational endorsement. If a valid work address is rejected, email help@zedhaque.com.

Will requesting the pack subscribe me to marketing?

No. Marketing consent is separate, optional and unchecked by default. You can receive the Starter Pack without joining a marketing list.

What happens after I submit the form?

We email you a one-time confirmation link that expires in one hour. After you confirm, a time-limited page lets you download the workbook and guide. We send one directly related feedback request after your first download.

Does the Starter Pack assess or approve an AI use case?

No. It is a general decision-support resource. It does not classify risk, approve a use case, guarantee feasibility or value, or decide which assessment and approval pathway your organisation should use.

Should I enter confidential information?

No. Complete the workbook locally in an approved location. Describe information types instead of copying personal, sensitive, confidential or security-classified records. Do not send a completed workbook to zedhaque unless a separate secure process has been agreed.
